This issue was reported to Lotus Quality Engineering and has been addressed in
Domino 5.0.5.

Server - Administration Process
SPR# DWIN4K9TFE - Fixed a problem where a Delete Group action performed in an
Address Books other than Names.NSF would delete the name in Names.NSF, ACLs,
etc. Delete Group actions performed in address books other than names.nsf will
